Attorney Le Anh Dung graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law, Hanoi University in 1994. In addition to holding a Lawyer’s Practicing Certificate, Attorney Dung also possesses a Professional Certificate in Industrial Property Representation.
With over 20 years of experience, Attorney Dung has provided legal consultation and represented clients in trademark registration, handling intellectual property infringement and disputes, and combating counterfeit goods in Vietnam. He served as a litigation attorney in the first copyright infringement case concerning photographic works in Vietnam, adjudicated by the Hanoi People’s Court in 2004.
Some notable clients and cases include: Honda, Procter & Gamble, Adidas, Johnson & Johnson, Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, Dong Luc, and Nhu Lan.
